Netflix Earnings Up, Profits Down, as It Spends Big on Content

Netflix continued to gain subscribers, but reported lower profit in the fourth quarter as it spends more to fend off new competition from Disney, NBC WarnerMedia and others. WSJ’s Jason Bellini explains.
