Video Appears to Show Greek Coast Guard Attacking Migrants in Rubber Raft

In a video distributed by Turkish authorities, Greek coast guards appear to hit migrants in a rubber raft with sticks and fire warning shots. A Turkish official said the migrants were later taken back to the shore by the Turkish coast guard. A Greek official declined to comment on it.
