Previous residents of Suite 509, which has dramatic views of Central Park and Fifth Avenue, include John Jacob Astor, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and John F. Kennedy, according to published reports. In 2013, Facebook's founding president Sean Parker lived there for more than a year, paying around $125,000 a month, while his Greenwich Village townhouse was being renovated.
