Build into Your Habits For Health
Registration is now open for Be Well UC's next challenge, Habits for Health, which runs July 30-Aug. 27. All are welcome to participate, and those eligible will earn 40 points ($40) for working to build healthy habits while focusing on movement for 4 weeks. Weekly information will be shared to help you identify habits in any dimension of wellness. Points will be earned for accumulating 75 minutes of movement each week.
